The LSI Storage Authority software has an option to read the snap dump logs from the firmware. In certain cases, firmware might hold multiple snap dump logs. The LSA displays the list of available snap dump logs with file ID and file size details.
Snap dump logs are generated when snap dump is triggered by either the firmware or by a user. When a snap dump log is generated, the user can select the which snap dump log to downloaded.
